# AI Studio overview

> Configure your AI agent in AI Studio — set up the agent and Skillset, add a Knowledge Base, tune tagging, then test in the Playground.

AI Studio is where you configure the AI agent that answers your customers. Set up the agent and its Skillset, ground it with a Knowledge Base, tune AI Tagging and prompts, then test in the Playground and track performance. This page orients you and points to where to start.

  "AI agent" here refers to bitbybit's AI-powered chat assistant, configured in AI Studio — not the "Agent" user role for human team members (customer service/support staff).
