# How to Blast a Rating Review for Chatbot

Enhance your chatbot’s performance by collecting feedback through a rating review blast. This guide will help you schedule review prompts based on customer interactions and gather insights across multiple channels like WhatsApp and Instagram.

## **Step 1: Access Chatbot Dashboard**

* Go to [bitChat Settings - Chatbot](https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitchat/settings?section=chatbot) dashboard.

## **Step 2: Set Rating Timing**

* Specify the time after inactivity (in minutes, hours, or days).

Set timing

## **Step 3: Select and Enable Channel**

* Choose a channel: WhatsApp Business App, WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Facebook and click the toggle switch for the selected channel.

Choose a channel

## **Step 4: Compose Message**

* Enter your message.
