# Choose your WhatsApp Catalog source

> Choose whether WhatsApp Catalog syncs from WhatsApp Cloud API or WhatsApp Business App when both are connected.

Use this page when your products can sync through more than one WhatsApp connection.

## Overview

The current product area treats catalog source as a merchant-facing setting.

When both channels are connected, the banner shows **Catalog source** and lets you **Switch channel**.

The confirmed current source labels are:

* **WhatsApp Cloud API**
* **WhatsApp Business App**

## Before you start

* Open [Products](https://app.bitbybit.studio/products).
* Make sure the required WhatsApp channel is connected.
* Make sure your **Meta Business Account** connection is ready.

## Steps

1. Open **Products**.
2. Review the catalog banner at the top of the page.
3. If both channels are connected, click **Switch channel**.
4. Choose the source you want to use for WhatsApp Catalog.
5. Confirm the change.

## If no source is available

The current product flow can ask you to connect one of these first:

* **WhatsApp Cloud API**
* **WhatsApp Business App**
* **Meta Business Account**
