# How to integrate WhatsApp Business with bitChat

> Connect your WhatsApp Business App to bitChat by scanning a QR code to enable real-time LiveChat messaging

Connecting your WhatsApp Business with bitChat enables real-time messaging with your audience through the bitChat platform, providing a seamless experience. Follow these steps to set up the integration and start communicating directly with your customers.

## Step 1: Navigate to the "Integration" Menu

1. In your bitChat dashboard, go to the **"Integration"** menu.

## Step 2: Locate WhatsApp Business App

1. Scroll down to find **WhatsApp Business App**.
2. Click the **"Connect"** button next to it.

## Step 3: Scan the QR Code

1. A QR code will appear on your screen.
2. Open WhatsApp on your phone.
3. Tap **"Menu"** or **"Settings"**, then select **"Linked Devices"**.
4. Scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
5. Tap **"Continue"** to complete the process.

## Step 4: Verify the Integration

1. Once connected, navigate to the **"LiveChat"** section in your bitChat dashboard.
2. If your WhatsApp chats appear on the LiveChat dashboard, the integration is successful.
