# How to Create and Organize Tickets

Organizing customer service tickets in bitChat helps ensure no query goes unanswered. This guide shows you how to create, label, and color-code ticket tags for easy identification and management of support requests.

## **Step 1:** Go to [bitChat Settings - Live Chat & Ticket](https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitchat/settings?section=livechat-ticket) dashboard.

## **Step 2:** Scroll down and click "Add new ticket tag"

## **Step 3:** Fill in tag name, pick a color, and click "Save changes"
