# How to Create and Set Up Your AI Agent Persona

Give your bitChat AI a personality that aligns with your brand. Customizing your AI agent persona allows you to manage customer interactions with greater relevance, improving engagement and satisfaction. Here’s how to create a personalized chatbot that reflects your business values.

## Step 1: Go to [bitChat Settings - AI settings](https://app.bitbybit.studio/ai-studio/ai-agent/) dashboard

## Step 2: Set Chatbot name, Role, Brand name, and Description of your business

## Step 3: Enable chatbot skills like Product recommendations, Order tracking, or FAQs by enabling the toggle
