# How to Resolve Tickets Automatically

Automating ticket resolution in bitChat saves time by closing inactive or resolved tickets without manual intervention. This guide explains how to enable and configure auto-resolve settings to streamline your support workflow.

## **Step 1:** Go to [bitChat Settings - Live Chat & Ticket](https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitchat/settings?section=livechat-ticket) dashboard.

## **Step 2:** Click toggle to green.

## **Step 3:** Set the timing for auto-resolve and click "Save changes."
