# How to Set and Customize Your Operational Hours

> Set and customize your bitChat operational hours so live chat is available only during your team's schedule

Managing your availability is key to providing timely customer support. Set custom operational hours, ensuring your live chat is available when your team is ready and offline when you're not. Here’s how to configure it based on your business schedule.

## Step 1: Go to the **bitChat Settings — Operational hours** dashboard

## Step 2: Click toggle to green then set your schedule
