# Understanding AI Tagging and How You Can Utilize Them

AI tagging feature helps categorize and label customer conversations for easier tracking and more insightful analysis. Learn how to set up and leverage this feature to better understand your customers’ needs and optimize your response strategies. Follow this guide to set up AI tagging.

## Step 1: Go to [bitChat Settings - AI settings](https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitchat/settings?section=ai-settings) dashboard

## Step 2: Create labels by filling "Label name', "Label description" and "Input values" or click "Add new label"

Create label

## Step 3: Click “Save changes”
