# Export campaign analytics in bitCRM

> Open a campaign in bitCRM, export the campaign data, and review the current fields such as status, send date, replied message, and error message.

Use this page to export campaign data from **bitCRM**.

## Prerequisites

* You can open **bitCRM > Campaign**.
* You already have a campaign to review.

## Step 1: Open the Campaign page

* Go to **bitCRM**.
* Open **Campaign**.

## Step 2: Select the campaign you want to review

* Find the campaign in the campaign list.
* Select the campaign you want to analyze.

## Step 3: Export the campaign data

* Click **Export Data**.
* Download the exported file.

The exported result is downloaded as an **xlsx** file.

## Step 4: Review the exported fields

The current export example includes these fields:

| Field           | Description                                                                   |
| --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| No              | Export row number.                                                            |
| Campaign Name   | Campaign name.                                                                |
| Channel         | Sending channel.                                                              |
| Receiver Number | Recipient phone number.                                                       |
| Receiver Name   | Recipient name.                                                               |
| Status          | Message status, such as `Sent`, `Not_Sent`, `Delivered`, `Read`, or `Failed`. |
| Send Date       | Date the message was sent.                                                    |
| Message Body    | Message content.                                                              |
| Replied Message | Customer reply content when available.                                        |
| Error Message   | Failure detail when a message does not send successfully.                     |
