# How to Add a WhatsApp Section

Integrating a WhatsApp section into your bitLink allows customers to reach you instantly, improving communication and support response times. This feature is ideal for businesses looking to provide real-time assistance and build stronger customer relationships. Here’s how to add this feature effortlessly.

## Step 1: Log in to your [bitLink dashboard](https://app.bitbybit.studio/bitlink/links)

## Step 2: Click "Add Section" and select "WhatsApp"
