# How to Turn Off hCAPTCHA on Shopify

> Step-by-step guide to disabling hCAPTCHA on your Shopify store to ensure smooth integration with bitLogin.

Shopify has recently turned on hCAPTCHA by default, which can interfere with the functionality of bitLogin. To ensure that bitLogin works properly, you'll need to turn off hCAPTCHA. This ensures all requirements are met for a smooth setup. Follow these simple steps to disable hCAPTCHA on your Shopify store:

## Step 1: Log in to Your Shopify Admin Panel

* Access your Shopify admin panel.

## Step 2: Open Online Store Preferences

* Click **Online Store > Preferences** from the left menu.

## Step 3: Turn Off hCAPTCHA

* Scroll down to **Spam Protection.**
* Disable the toggle '**Enable on login, create account and password recovery pages.**'
