# Quick Fix for 'Continue with Google' Invalid Email or Incorrect Password

If your customers encounter the 'Invalid email or incorrect password' error when using the 'Continue with Google' option, it may be due to Captcha interference. Disabling Captcha in your Shopify settings can resolve this issue.

## Step 1: Access Shopify Dashboard

1. Go to your [Shopify dashboard](https://www.shopify.com).
2. In the **Sales Channels** sidebar, click on **Online Store**.
3. Select **Preferences**.

## Step 2: Deactivate Captcha

1. Scroll down to the **Spam Protection** section.
2. Deactivate both Captcha options.
3. Click **Save** to apply the changes.
