AI-powered product recommendations can enhance customer experience by offering personalized suggestions based on their preferences. In AI Studio, you can enable and customize the product recommendation skillset to improve conversions and customer engagement. Here’s how to set it up effectively.

Step 1: Navigate to AI Studio

  • Go to AI Studio dashboard, and click Active agent or create a new one by clicking Create new agent. See How to Setup an AI Studio for the details.

Step 2: Enable Product Recommendations

  • Select Product recommendation toggle and click to configure the settings.

Step 3: Fill in General Prompt

  • Enter general prompt for the Product recommendation skillset

Step 4: Select Additional Data (Optional)

  • In addition to primary data, you can enable extra fields and provide data description and additional instruction.
