Export Campaign analytics in bitCRM

Use this page to export campaign data from bitCRM. If you need to understand the current campaign metrics first, start with Understand WhatsApp campaign metrics.

Prerequisites

• You can open bitCRM > Campaign.
• You already have a campaign to review.

Step 1: Open the Campaign page

• Go to bitCRM.
• Open Campaign.

​

Step 2: Select the campaign you want to review

• Find the campaign in the campaign list.
• Select the campaign you want to analyze.

Step 3: Export the campaign data

• Click Export Data.
• Download the exported file.

The exported result is downloaded as an xlsx file.
