Prerequisites

  • You can open bitCRM > Campaign.
  • You already have a campaign to review.

Overview

The current campaign progress area shows these counts:
  • Sent
  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Replied
  • Failed
Use these counts to understand message delivery and response progress.

Campaign status actions

Depending on the campaign status, the current campaign list can also show actions such as:
  • Pause
  • Resume
  • Cancel
  • Resend
Only the actions that match the campaign status appear in the current interface.

Detailed logs

When you open a campaign in more detail, the current logs can include:
  • Error source
  • Reason
These fields are especially relevant when you review failed messages.
