Overview
In the current message-template flow, a template can require parameter mapping after you select Message template. The current parameter UI uses these labels:- Parameter
- Variable
Before you start
- Add a message step to the automation.
- Select the message template first.
Steps
- Review each Parameter shown in the template step.
- Choose the matching Variable for that parameter.
- Repeat the process for every required parameter.
- Save the step.
