Use this page if you want to map template variables in a supporting automation message workflow.

Overview

In the current message-template flow, a template can require parameter mapping after you select Message template. The current parameter UI uses these labels:
  • Parameter
  • Variable

Before you start

  • Add a message step to the automation.
  • Select the message template first.

Steps

  1. Review each Parameter shown in the template step.
  2. Choose the matching Variable for that parameter.
  3. Repeat the process for every required parameter.
  4. Save the step.
