What bitLoyalty includes
- Award points on purchase. Points accrue from Shopify orders at the earning rate you configure.
- Set an earning rate. One conversion in the format
{currency amount} = {points}(for example,Rp 10,000 = 1 Point). - Create reward vouchers. Fixed-amount discount vouchers that customers redeem with their points.
- Set voucher expiration. Each reward chooses a validity window per generated voucher — No expiration, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year. The countdown starts when the voucher is generated for a customer, not when the reward is created.
- Adjust points manually. Admins can add or deduct points on a customer with a required reason (
Manual adjustment,System issue,Order adjustment,Promotion,Offline purchase,Bonus,Other). - Redeem points on behalf of a customer. Admins can turn a customer’s points into a voucher from the customer detail page.
- Track history per customer. Points history (filterable by
Points Added/Points Deducted) and a redeemed-vouchers table with statuses (Active,Used,Expired). - Surface Loyalty in bitChat. The chat widget can show shoppers their balance and browsable rewards; the livechat info panel shows the same balance to agents in real time.
- Trigger bitCRM automations.
Points earned,Points redeemed,Points adjustment, andReward expiringare available as triggers. - Segment customers by loyalty engagement. Lifetime earned points, available points, and lifetime redeemed points are available as conditions in the customer segment builder, alongside commerce conditions like order count, order recency, total spend, and products purchased. Combine them to build segments such as loyalty VIPs or points-rich customers who haven’t redeemed yet, then use the segment as a bitCRM campaign audience. See how to create a customer segment.
Prerequisites
- A Shopify store connected to your bitbybit workspace via the bitLogin integration. If Shopify is not connected, the bitLoyalty pages render a You’re not connected to Shopify. Connect now to start using bitLoyalty banner and disable the enable/reward controls.
- Your bitbybit workspace currency matches your Shopify store currency. bitLoyalty prompts you to verify this the first time you enable the program via a Quick currency check! modal; a mismatch causes points to accrue at the wrong rate.
