Use this page to add the next step after the trigger in an automation scenario.

Overview

After you add a trigger, you can insert the next step from the builder. The current step groups confirmed in the builder are:
  • Communication channel
  • Product review
  • Loyalty
  • Time delay
  • Conditions

Before you start

  • Open an automation scenario in Automation.
  • Make sure the trigger is already set.

Steps

  1. Click the + button in the scenario.
  2. Choose the step you want to add.
  3. If you choose Communication channel, pick the connected channel you want to use.
  4. Choose the action that matches that step.
  5. Save the step.
  6. Repeat the process if you need more steps.
  7. Click Save automation.

Current action labels

These action labels are currently confirmed in the builder:
  • Send a message
  • Ask a product review
  • Add customer tag
  • Get customer information
  • Add order tag
  • Add customer notes
  • Send invoice (WhatsApp Cloud API)
  • Send invoice (WhatsApp Business)

What happens next

After you save the step, you can keep building the scenario or review the scenario from the Automation list.
