Overview
After you add a trigger, you can insert the next step from the builder. The current step groups confirmed in the builder are:- Communication channel
- Product review
- Loyalty
- Time delay
- Conditions
Before you start
- Open an automation scenario in Automation.
- Make sure the trigger is already set.
Steps
- Click the + button in the scenario.
- Choose the step you want to add.
- If you choose Communication channel, pick the connected channel you want to use.
- Choose the action that matches that step.
- Save the step.
- Repeat the process if you need more steps.
- Click Save automation.
