- trigger the scenario with the event you configured
- review the result in Livechat
Before you start
- Finish the automation setup first.
- Save the scenario from Automation.
Steps
- Open the automation scenario you want to check.
- Trigger the event that should start the automation.
- Open Livechat.
- Review whether the automation message appears in the conversation.
