How the Unsubscribe Option Works
The unsubscribe feature is an essential part of customer communication management. When enabled, it allows users to easily opt out from receiving specific types of messages without affecting their overall account or other communications.
Step 1: Access the Unsubscribe Settings
To manage the unsubscribe settings, log into your bitCRM account and navigate to the automation dashboard. From there, select Settings > Unsubscribe Options.

Step 4: Test the Unsubscribe Feature
Before activating the unsubscribe feature for your messages, it’s essential to test it. You can use the Test Unsubscribe option to simulate the process and verify that customers are receiving the correct message and opting out properly.
