Prerequisites
- You can open bitCRM > Campaign.
- You already have a campaign to review.
Step 1: Open the Campaign page
- Go to bitCRM.
- Open Campaign.
Step 2: Select the campaign you want to review
- Find the campaign in the campaign list.
- Select the campaign you want to analyze.
Step 3: Export the campaign data
- Click Export Data.
- Download the exported file.
Step 4: Review the exported fields
The current export example includes these fields:| Field | Description |

| No | Export row number. |
| Campaign Name | Campaign name. |
| Channel | Sending channel. |
| Receiver Number | Recipient phone number. |
| Receiver Name | Recipient name. |
| Status | Message status, such as Sent, Not_Sent, Delivered, Read, or Failed. |
| Send Date | Date the message was sent. |
| Message Body | Message content. |
| Replied Message | Customer reply content when available. |
| Error Message | Failure detail when a message does not send successfully. |
