Gather valuable feedback from your customers by sending out a rating review blast. Use this feature to assess customer satisfaction and improve your service. Here’s how to set up a rating request through various channels like WhatsApp and Facebook.

Step 1: Access Chatbot Dashboard

Step 2: Select and Enable Channel

  • Choose a channel: WhatsApp Business App, WhatsApp Cloud API, Instagram, Facebook and click the toggle switch for the selected channel.

Step 3: Compose Message

  • Enter your rating request message.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click “Save changes”.
