Managing your availability is key to providing timely customer support. Set custom operational hours, ensuring your live chat is available when your team is ready and offline when you’re not. Here’s how to configure it based on your business schedule.

Step 1: Go to the bitChat Settings — Operational hours dashboard

Step 2: Click toggle to green then set your schedule
