ID, SG, or US. Enter the code, not the full country name: a value like Indonesia or Singapore will not sync.
Country codes are always two uppercase letters. If a customer’s country is unknown, leave the cell empty — blank cells do not affect the rest of the import.
How to read a country code
- The code is the alpha-2 value from the ISO 3166-1 standard (for example,
IDfor Indonesia). - Codes are case-insensitive on import, but the template uses uppercase for consistency.
- One code maps to one country. Use the country where the customer is located.
