Connecting Shopify to bitbybit centralizes your customer data and order management, so you can act on store activity from bitbybit. The connection is a standard Shopify app install and takes a few clicks.
The Integrations dashboard shows a separate Shopify card for each bitbybit product — for example bitChat, bitCRM, bitApp, and bitLink. The connection steps below are the same for every card; connect the one for the product you want to use with Shopify.

Step 1: Access the Integrations dashboard

Go to the Integrations dashboard and click “Connect” on the Shopify card for the product you want to connect.

Step 2: Connect to Shopify

Click “Connect to Shopify”, then click “Install”.

Step 3: Choose your Shopify store

Select the company you want to connect, or choose “Create new company” or “Login to another account”.

Step 4: Verify the connection

Once you land in the product dashboard, Shopify is connected. The Shopify card on the Integrations page shows the connected store.
