WhatsApp Sandbox connects a regular WhatsApp number to bitbybit so you can try features and see messages in bitChat LiveChat. You connect it by scanning a QR code from Linked Devices on your phone.
Sandbox is intended for internal testing only. Use WhatsApp Cloud API or the WhatsApp Business App connection for a business number you message customers from.

Step 1: Access Integrations

Navigate to the Integrations dashboard.

Step 2: Connect WhatsApp Sandbox

Scroll to find WhatsApp Sandbox and click “Connect”. A QR code appears on your screen.

Step 3: Scan the QR code

  1. Open WhatsApp on your phone.
  2. Tap “Menu” or “Settings”, then select “Linked Devices”.
  3. Scan the QR code shown on your screen.
  4. Tap “Continue” to complete the process.

Step 4: Verify the connection

Go to LiveChat in bitChat. If your WhatsApp chats appear on the LiveChat dashboard, the connection is successful.
