Maintain access to AI features by topping up your AI tokens from Plan management in Settings. In the app, your token balance appears as AI Response Balance. This guide will walk you through selecting token amounts, payment methods, and completing the purchase for uninterrupted service.

Step 1: Access Plan Management

Step 2: Start AI Token Top-Up

  • On the AI Response Balance card, click Top-up AI Response.
Click “Top-up AI Response”

Step 3: Choose Token Amount

  • In Select AI Response amount to top-up, select the amount of AI tokens you wish to purchase and click Continue to payment.

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

  • Where you pay depends on whether your company is connected to Shopify:
    • Connected to Shopify: you’ll be directed to Shopify, then choose your payment method or add a new credit card.
    • Not connected to Shopify: you’ll be directed to Stripe to complete the payment.

Step 5: Complete Payment

  • On Shopify, click “Approve”.
