Shopify has recently turned on hCAPTCHA by default, which can interfere with the functionality of bitLogin. To ensure that bitLogin works properly, you’ll need to turn off hCAPTCHA. If you haven’t yet activated bitLogin on your Shopify store, follow our guide first How to Activate bitLogin From Shopify. This ensures all requirements are met for a smooth setup. Follow these simple steps to disable hCAPTCHA on your Shopify store:

Step 1: Log in to Your Shopify Admin Panel

  • Access your Shopify admin panel.

Step 2: Open Online Store Preferences

Step 3: Turn Off hCAPTCHA

  • Scroll down to Spam Protection.
