Step 1: Access Shopify Dashboard
- Go to your Shopify dashboard.
- In the Sales Channels sidebar, click on Online Store.
- Select Preferences.
Step 2: Deactivate Captcha
- Scroll down to the Spam Protection section.
- Deactivate both Captcha options.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
