If your customers encounter the ‘Invalid email or incorrect password’ error when using the ‘Continue with Google’ option, it may be due to Captcha interference. Disabling Captcha in your Shopify settings can resolve this issue.

Step 1: Access Shopify Dashboard

  1. Go to your Shopify dashboard.
  2. In the Sales Channels sidebar, click on Online Store.
  3. Select Preferences.

Step 2: Deactivate Captcha

  1. Scroll down to the Spam Protection section.
  2. Deactivate both Captcha options.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.
