Overview

The current product area supports three main ways to add products:
  • Add individually
  • Import from Shopify
  • Bulk import
You can also manage whether a product appears in WhatsApp Catalog.

Before you start

  • Open Products.
  • Make sure your product source is ready if you plan to import products.

What you can do from Products

  • add one product manually
  • import products from Shopify
  • bulk import products from CSV
  • review the WhatsApp Catalog column
  • filter by Active WhatsApp Catalog
