Overview
The current product area treats catalog source as a merchant-facing setting. When both channels are connected, the banner shows Catalog source and lets you Switch channel. The confirmed current source labels are:- WhatsApp Cloud API
- WhatsApp Business App
Before you start
- Open Products.
- Make sure the required WhatsApp channel is connected.
- Make sure your Meta Business Account connection is ready.
Steps
- Open Products.
- Review the catalog banner at the top of the page.
- If both channels are connected, click Switch channel.
- Choose the source you want to use for WhatsApp Catalog.
- Confirm the change.
If no source is available
The current product flow can ask you to connect one of these first:- WhatsApp Cloud API
- WhatsApp Business App
- Meta Business Account
