Use this page when you need to choose how the customer should pay for an order.

Overview

The current order flow supports these payment method types:
  • custom payment method
  • Xendit
  • Doku
If Xendit or Doku is not connected yet, the picker shows Integrate now.

Before you start

  • Open the order you want to create or update.
  • Make sure the customer is already selected.

Steps

  1. Open the payment-method picker in the order.
  2. Choose the payment option you want to use:
    • custom payment method
    • Xendit
    • Doku
  3. If Xendit or Doku shows Integrate now, connect that provider first.
  4. Save the selection.

What happens next

For Xendit and Doku, the order can show a Payment URL after the payment method is set.
