Overview

The current order flow lets you add:
  • items
  • a customer
  • address details
  • shipping
  • payment method
  • notes
  • tags

Before you start

  • Open Orders.
  • Make sure the products you need are already available.

Steps

  1. Start a new order from Orders.
  2. Add the line items for the order.
  3. Select Customer.
  4. Add the address if the customer does not already have one.
  5. Add shipping.
  6. Choose the payment method you want to use.
  7. Add Notes from customer or Tags if needed.
  8. Create the order.

What happens next

After the order is created, you can update its status, payment status, fulfillment status, shipping details, and payment method from the order page.
