Use this page when you need to update the current state of an order.

Overview

The current order area separates these status groups:
  • Order status
  • Payment status
  • Fulfillment status

Before you start

  • Open Orders.
  • Open the order you want to update.

Update order status

  1. Open the order action menu.
  2. Use Cancel order if the order should no longer be processed.

Update payment status

  1. Find Payment status in the order.
  2. Change the status to the value you need.
The current payment status values confirmed in the order area are:
  • Unpaid
  • Paid
  • Refunded

Update fulfillment status

  1. Find Fulfillment status in the order.
  2. Change the status to the value you need.
The current fulfillment status values confirmed in the order area are:
  • Unfulfilled
  • Partially fulfilled
  • Fulfilled
