Use this page when you want to add a product and make it available in WhatsApp Catalog.

Overview

You can add products from Products in three ways:
  • Add individually
  • Import from Shopify
  • Bulk import
After a product is ready, turn on Display product on WhatsApp catalog for that product.

Before you start

  • Open Products.
  • Make sure the channel you want to use for WhatsApp Catalog is connected.

Add the product

  1. Click to add a product.
  2. Choose one option:
    • Add individually
    • Import from Shopify
    • Bulk import
  3. Complete the product details you need.
  4. Save the product.

Show the product in WhatsApp Catalog

  1. Open the product.
  2. Turn on Display product on WhatsApp catalog.
  3. Confirm the connected channel shown in the product card.

What happens next

The current product page notes that displaying a product to WhatsApp Catalog can take 15+ minutes because of Meta sync.
