You can add products to your catalog to showcase them to customers during chats. Step 1: Go to the Commerce section and select Products. Addproductwc Step 2: Click the Add New Product button. You will see three options: Screenshot2026 02 13111331
  • Add Individually: Fill in the title, description, image, and pricing manually.
  • Import from Shopify: Automatically sync all products from your integrated Shopify store.
  • Bulk Import: Use this for uploading multiple products at once.
Step 3 (Bulk Import): If you choose bulk import, you must download the provided CSV template. Screenshot2026 02 13204115 Step 4: Fill in all product details (SKU, Title, Price, etc.) into the template. Step 5: Upload the completed file and click Import Product to finish. [!IMPORTANT] All products uploaded will be reviewed by Meta for approval before they appear in your WhatsApp Catalog.
