Install

Install is the default tab, and shows the go-live status of your widget alongside a step-by-step setup progress. This tab can include:
  • Status card — whether your widget is connected, active, or live, with a link to the next step.
  • Step-by-step install progress — Connect Shopify, Activate in Theme Editor, Preview on store.
  • Hide widget on specific pages
  • Embed code

Widget

Use Widget to choose the main widget behavior. This section can include:
  • Widget style
  • Welcome screen
  • Conversation starters
  • Redirect destination
  • Proactive engagement
  • Language

Appearance

Use Appearance to control how the widget looks. This section can include:
  • Widget button
  • Sidebar button
  • Widget card
  • Sidebar panel
