Prerequisites
- You can open bitChat > Chat Widget.
- Your widget is already installed.
Step 1: Open the Appearance section
- Go to bitChat > Chat Widget.
- Open Appearance.
Step 2: Update the button settings
In the current Appearance section, the button area can include:- Widget button or Sidebar button
- Style
- Button shape
- Icon
- Button text (optional)
- Widget button color
- Button position or Vertical position
- Button size
Step 3: Update the card or panel settings
In the current Appearance section, the card area can include:- Widget card or Sidebar panel
- Company or agent name
- Profile picture
- Theme
- Widget card color or Accent color
Step 4: Save your changes
- Review the appearance settings you updated.
- Save the widget settings.
