Automating ticket resolution in bitChat saves time by closing inactive or resolved tickets without manual intervention. This guide explains how to enable and configure auto-resolve settings to streamline your support workflow.

Step 1: Go to the bitChat Settings — Live Chat & Ticket dashboard.
