Organizing customer service tickets in bitChat helps ensure no query goes unanswered. This guide shows you how to create, label, and color-code ticket tags for easy identification and management of support requests.

Step 1: Go to bitChat Settings - Live Chat & Ticket dashboard.

Step 2: Scroll down and click “Add new ticket tag”

Click “Add new ticket tag”‍

Step 3: Fill in tag name, pick a color, and click “Save changes”
