Step 1: Go to the bitChat Settings — Live Chat & Ticket dashboard.
Navigate to the Live Chat & Ticket settings via the bitChat sidebar.
Step 2: Scroll down and click “Add new ticket tag”
Click “Add new ticket tag”
Step 3: Fill in tag name, pick a color, and click “Save changes”
Fill in name the tag and pick a color
Click “Save changes”
