Connecting your WhatsApp Business App with bitChat enables real-time messaging with your audience through the bitChat platform, providing a seamless experience. Follow these steps to set up the integration and start communicating directly with your customers.

Step 1: Navigate to the “Integration” Menu

  1. In your bitChat dashboard, go to the “Integration” menu.

Step 2: Locate WhatsApp Business App

  1. Scroll down to find WhatsApp Business App.
  2. Click the “Connect” button next to it.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

  1. A QR code will appear on your screen.
  2. Open WhatsApp on your phone.
  3. Tap “Menu” or “Settings”, then select “Linked Devices”.
  4. Scan the QR code displayed on your screen.
  5. Tap “Continue” to complete the process.

Step 4: Verify the Integration

  1. Once connected, navigate to the “LiveChat” section in your bitChat dashboard.
  2. If your WhatsApp chats appear on the LiveChat dashboard, the integration is successful.
