Overview
Connect an Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox to bitbybit and customer email lands in the same Livechat inbox and customer record as WhatsApp. One AI agent reads the full conversation history, drafts grounded replies, and sends them through your mailbox. bitbybit and your Outlook Sent folder stay in two-way sync: replies you send from bitbybit appear in Outlook Sent, and replies your team sends from Outlook appear in the bitbybit inbox. The mailbox stays in Microsoft 365 — bitbybit reads and sends through it, and you can disconnect it whenever you want. Before you begin
